Here’s some little something I’d like to share to all of you. It’s Peter Senge – a guy I luckily came across (not in the physical plane) but through his work.
Systems theory or systems thinking are two phrase-words that always manage to intimidate people. And while I, too, think its one “big” word, I am also inclined to believe that it is basically a special way of seeing things.
In my attempt to make sense of things, events or people’s behavior, I tend to come across different variables and make interesting connections. Do you do that, too? Do you make way for the bigger picture?
These questions are vital elements of systems thinking. Hope y’all dig it, too! 🙂
